Deposit, Payment & Cancellation Terms

A non-refundable deposit of $1,111 USD is required to secure your spot in this 4-month hybrid (online + in-person) immersion program.

By submitting your deposit, you are reserving a limited space and committing to the program in full.

Balance Payments

Once your deposit is received and your spot is confirmed, you may choose to:

1) Pay the remaining balance in full via ACH bank transfer, or

2) Pay the remaining balance via credit card

Your payment method selection will be completed through the online registration form during onboarding.

All remaining balances must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the in-person retreat start date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

The $1,111 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Cancellations made more than 120 days prior to the in-person retreat start date are eligible for a refund of all payments made minus the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made within 120 days of the retreat start date are not eligible for a refund, unless your spot is successfully filled by another participant.

If your spot is not filled, you remain financially responsible for the full program balance, regardless of attendance.

Please note:
We are currently within 120 days of the program start date (online cohort begins in February). As such, no cancellations or refunds will be permitted for this program.

Commitment & Chargebacks

By submitting your deposit and securing your space, you are agreeing to pay the full program balance.

Chargebacks are not an acceptable method of cancellation and will be formally disputed. All payment disputes are subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.

Travel & Physical Requirements

Travel insurance with comprehensive medical coverage is strongly recommended for all participants.

Please note that the retreat property is not handicap accessible.
Moderate mobility is required, including:

Walking up and down stairs

Navigating uneven sidewalks and rock or natural pathways

While all classes and sessions are accessible to a range of experience levels, participants must be comfortable with the physical nature of the environment.

By completing your deposit payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all program terms and policies outlined here and in the full Terms & Conditions linked above.

BROCKELL BRIDDLE (LMT, E-RYT500)

Brockell facilitates transformational experiences for groups and individuals through embodiment practices, therapeutic coaching,integrative healing arts, yoga and somatic movement, and presence-based communication. She has guided retreats, trainings, and immersions globally for over a decade, an has led retreats in 5 countries.

Her passion lies in supporting people to experience embodied connection with their own fullness and human potential, and is honored bring this work into her role as a co-founder of the Sacred Stewardship experience. She is passionate about leading and guiding retreats as a sacred calling and believes it’s her medicine path. She sees the retreat container as a ‘portal space’; one that can transcend time and space, and deliver someone from where they are upon arrival to another completely unknown destination - a place to which they have never seen or gone before.

Ruthann Gagnon

Ruthann has spent the better part of two decades creating experiences for individuals all the way to large groups. Between retreats, festivals, conferences, summits, dinners of all sizes, she has come to deeply understand and master the amount of energy required to generate memorable experiences for transformation.

She believes in the creative process as a sacred act over any forced results or outcome. Whether in the creation of a weekend retreat or month-long intensive, how we arrive to this facilitation magic directly impacts the creative outcome everyone part of the experience.
