Deposit, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

All deposits are Non-Refundable, but are transferrable to another trip within 1 year. It is strongly recommended to purchase separate 'cancel for any reason' travel insurance within 14 days of signing up for this event.

All deposits can be paid here via Credit Card to secure your space. Payment plans are available and the total balance must be paid in full 120 days before the retreat start date. The full cost of the cancellations for the Deposit minus a $50 processing fee is available beyond 90 days.


Within a 120 day period of the retreat no refunds will be given and client is responsible for full payment for the cost of the trip.
