It's a warm and sunny day in January. You just finished up an enlivening early morning hatha yoga class and you walk out onto the balcony. You cast your gaze outward and overlook the Central Valley of Costa Rica and feel the warmth of the sun on your face.

The weather is PERFECT - not too hot - just a gentle tropical breeze on your skin. You take a deep breath and smell the aroma of tropical flowers in the air as a flock of chattery parakeets flies by overhead.

For the first time - in a long time - you have an open schedule, with a day almost entirely to yourself. All deposits are non-refundable but eligible for transfers to another event within the same calendar year.

On the next page you'll be redirected to the full registration form where you can indicate your room choice. Once you have submitted your deposit, someone from our team will reach out to you within 48 hours via email to finalize your reservation and send you your contract.

Cancellations beyond 90 days from the retreat start date are eligible for a refund of all moneys paid minus the deposit. Any cancellations within the 90-day window of the retreat start date are not eligible for any refund and you are responsible for paying the total amount due.

About Your Facilitator

Brockell Briddle (LMT, RYT 500) - FOUNDER- is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Therapeutic Registered Yoga Teacher, avid traveler, and Experienced Group Facilitator.

She is passionate about guiding others toward finding their deepest expression of themselves and uses a variety of movement, mindfulness, trauma-informed communication, and connection to the natural world to facilitate this process.

As an experienced yoga teacher and outdoor adventure guide for over a decade, Brockell is skilled at facilitating transformational experiences of all kinds. As a yoga teacher, she excels at offering accessible yoga classes that accompany all bodies, ages, and abilities.

She is deeply interested in yoga as a contemplative art and a tool for self-growth and transformation. She has been leading retreats globally since 2014 and has guided retreats in Costa Rica, the United States, Switzerland, Greece, and Iceland.

Now she currently lives as a digital nomad and is following her dream of living abroad in Costa Rica. She's working daily on creating the best version of herself and her life on the Guanacaste Coast. She loves surfing, horses, and adventures of all kinds

Soaring ceilings, rich natural materials, rustic woods and creamy natural fabrics lend the spacious Lila Suite a crisp, modern air. The Lila Suite has a large private balcony with two hammocks surrounded by lush, verdant foliage. A favorite for honeymooners.

Kiva (2 left)


These mountainside rooms offer plenty of space and comfort, with both king-size or two twin beds available.

The Kiva building houses six total units – two units on top floor, two units on middle floor and two units on lower floor. The top and middle units are called “Kiva Upper” and the lower floor units are “Kiva Lower.” Kiva Upper units have
balconies overlooking the Central Valley, while the Kiva Lower units have private patios overlooking tropical gardens and greenery.

Tentalow

Our hybrid tent-bungalows are the ultimate in eco-chic accommodations for nature lovers. Spacious six-sided tent bungalows contain the same comfortable beds and relaxing lounge areas as other rooms, electricity (no candles, please), space to store clothes, and of course, plenty of fresh mountain air.

Attractive and clean shared baths surrounded by gardens are steps away. Option of 1 king-size bed or 2 twin-size beds.

Fine Print:

To secure your space, a $300 non-refundable deposit is required. All deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another event within the same calendar year. Full balance payments are required via check or certified check at 90 days before the event start dates. Cancellations beyond 90 days from the retreat start date are eligible for a refund of all moneys paid minus the deposit.

Travel insurance, with full medical coverage, is required for you to purchase to attend this trip.

This is a yoga-based trip and the property is not handicap accessible. Moderate mobility to walk up and down stairs and walk on uneven sidewalk and rock path terrain is required. Though all of our yoga classes are accessible to all levels but please note and understand the physical nature of this trip.
