All deposits are Non-Refundable, but are transferrable to another trip within 1 year. It is strongly recommended to purchase separate 'cancel for any reason' travel insurance within 14 days of signing up for this event.

To secure your space, a $400 non-refundable deposit is required. All deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another event within the same calendar year if you cancel beyond a 180 day window.

An additional payment that brings the balance up to 50% of the full amount will be due on May 1, 2025. Full balance payments are required at 90 days before the event start dates.

Cancellations beyond 180 days from the retreat start date are eligible for a refund of all moneys paid minus the deposit.

Any cancellations within the 180-day window of the retreat start date are not eligible for any refund unless we are able to fill your spot with another participant. Otherwise, a cancellation within 180 days you are responsible for paying the total amount due.

All deposits can be paid here via Credit Card to secure your space. Payment plans are available and the total balance must be paid in full 90 days before the retreat start date. All other balance payments must be made via certified check or bank transfer. The full cost of the cancellations for the Deposit minus a $50 processing fee is available beyond 180 days.
