Rocheport, MO Restorative Retreat - 2024 Dates Coming Soon!

If you're a woman who is ready to fill your cup with a deep drink of restoration and regenerative rest so that you can be fully available to serve your families, your communities, and your world ... this is the retreat for you!

Imagine with us for a moment...

You silence your cell phone, turn off the notifications, and pack up the car to head to an off the beaten path destination in the heartland USA.

Tucked away among the quiet solitude of bluffs overlooking the Missouri River, you're pleasantly surprised of the simplicity that you find when you arrive at this quaint and historic town with antique shops and BnB's on every corner.

You stop to breathe in the cool fall air and see the colors of yellow, gold, and burnt red maple and oak leaves covering the hillsides and bluffs around you. It feels good, to choose to be somewhere so simple.

As you begin to walk the historic 'Katy Trail', you're amazed at the peace and quiet that you find on this humble - and yet beautiful - path. You stop to take it all in. The "Big Muddy" Missouri River on your left - the historic 'rails to trails' path to your right. You hear the sounds of songbirds singing faintly, and overhead hear the wings of a great Blue Heron swoosh as it soars above you flying to the west.

"Perhaps some time to myself IS just what I needed..." you think to yourself, as you walk back to the hotel and pour yourself a hot jacuzzi bath...

Sometimes, we all just need a 'Weekend Away!'

And that's EXACTLY what you'll get with us on this women's weekend of restorative rest. It may be the first time - in a LONG time - that you've given yourself a gift like this.

So imagine for a moment, hitting the 'pause' button for a weekend all to yourself. Take yourself on a weekend away, a new adventure where you can finally prioritize YOUR needs - to invest in yourself and your health.

Take yourself on a 3 day and 2 night getaway in a quaint and quiet historic town. A simple place, away from the demands and complexity of your busy life.

On this weekend away, you'll discover a new community, and experience feeling supported on your journey of life - just as you are. Through intimate conversations, luxurious slow movements, and inquiry - based mindfulness exercises, you'll not only enjoy the deep drink of rest and restoration that you've been needing, but you'll also leave feeling fully refreshed and rejuvenated - and ready to handle anything that life hands your way upon your return home.

Which of these sounds like you?

  • You're exhausted from the day to day and feeling depleted from life

  • You're feeling disconnected from yourself and your true desires

  • You've forgotten what it feels like to prioritize yourself

  • You spend your time taking care of everyone else first

  • You’re feeling disconnected from your purpose or sense of clear guidance and direction

  • You're in a big moment - on the brink of something and ready for whatever is next...

  • You feel called to reconnect with the simple joy of being alive living
