Deposit, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

All deposits are Non-Refundable, but are transferrable to another trip within 1 year. It is strongly recommended to purchase separate 'cancel for any reason' travel insurance within 14 days of signing up for this event.

This retreat has a minimum of 8 guests. If the minimum is not met 90 days before the event, all registered guests will receive a full refund on any and all funds paid or can transfer the deposit to a future reservation. For full details see our full terms and conditions as stated below.

All deposits can be paid here via Credit Card to secure your space. Payment plans are available and the total balance must be paid in full 120 days before the retreat start date. All other balance payments must be made via certified check, or CC, however there is a 2.9% transaction fee for all balance payments paid via CC.

Cancellations: More than 120 days before the retreat: You may cancel your reservation and receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee. Within 120 days of the retreat: All payments are non-refundable, and participants are responsible for the full cost of the retreat.
